Allonbay Village Apartments

It’s no secret that we love creating interior design and furniture packages for Allonbay Village apartments in Villajoyosa. And this Allonbay penthouse was no exception. From the first time we saw this high-end apartment, we were inspired and, taking in the beautiful sea views, we were so excited to start designing! That’s because the Allonbay Village apartments are such a wonderful example of what can be achieved with our interior design service and furniture packages.

The thing to understand is that these apartments, though beautiful, are a complete blank canvas. And where we as a design studio shine in creating an interior design and furniture package that reflects our clients’ individual style and how they envision themselves living in their new space. Taking their Allonbay apartment to the next level.

One of the most exciting things about our clients buying a newly built home, from our perspective, is that you’re starting from scratch with the design of the interior.

And because our client lives in Holland, we were here to coordinate the entire design project, on the Costa Blanca, while keeping them abreast of all the design phases. And like any good design (love) affair, it all starts at the beginning: Mood boards!

After the initial meeting, we started creating mood boards based on the look, feel, and intended use of the apartment. The Allonbay apartment, with its contemporary design at the forefront, was perfect for creating an indoor-outdoor vibe. Incorporating a chic and peaceful Mediterranean lifestyle while capitalizing on the spectacular views, floor-to-ceiling windows, terraces, and of course the almost year-round perfect weather.

Our client’s vision for their Allonbay apartment is to use it as their family holiday home and also have the option of renting it out as a holiday let. Their intended use required a sophisticated furniture package that can stand up to the wear and tear that, as we all know, rental property furniture must sometimes endure.

Quality furnishings and bespoke upholstery formed a key part of our design choice. We chose and designed soft furnishing to give the Allonbay apartment the look and feel of an exclusive high-end retreat.

We utilized a Mediterranean, tranquil colour palette and sophisticated contemporary furniture to really tie the scheme together. This interplay between the use of colour and dependable design classics created a one-of-a-kind interior, reflective of the unique design of the Allonbay Village apartments.

From creating conceptual mood boards to liaising with the building’s property management, when the time came to begin the installation, every step of the process was organized and taken care of by our expert design team.

Now, as you can imagine, being on the sixth and seventh floor certainly presented some challenges (especially when it came to bringing the solid 2m long welded bespoke Marazzi dining table up to the penthouse and then having it tiled right there on the terrace!).

And so did hanging the chandelier in the 6-meter-high stairwell, but we think you’ll agree the result speaks for itself.
